CtrlPrint has rebranded as Vicosight.
Our commitment to security, privacy and compliance remains unchanged.During the transition, some certificates, audit reports and historical documents may continue to reference CtrlPrint, reflecting the name under which they were originally issued. These documents remain valid.
Vicosight is committed to protecting customer data and maintaining a strong security and compliance programme.
This Trust Centre provides access to our certifications, independent assurance reports, security documentation, privacy information and other compliance resources.

Trust Centre Updates
2026 Penetration Test Report and Letter of Attestation Available
Our 2026 independent penetration test has been completed by 2-sec, a CREST-accredited provider. The assessment covered the Vicosight web application, API, desktop applications and Adobe plug-ins. No critical or high-severity issues were identified, and all findings have been remediated and verified by 2-sec during retesting.
The redacted report and the signed Letter of Attestation are available under NDA on the Vicosight Trust Centre.
New ISO 27001 certificate and SoA are now available
We have published a new ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate, along with an updated Statement of Applicability (SoA).
